Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 19, 2026
2. Our Legal Framework for Cookies
We operate under opt-in consent for all non-essential cookies. This means:
- Essential cookies are placed automatically because they are strictly necessary for the Service to function.
- Analytics cookies are placed only after you actively accept them in our consent banner.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the mechanism in section 5 below.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect any lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented on this site. When you deny analytics cookies, Google Analytics still loads but collects only cookieless, aggregate, and modelled data — it does not set the _ga or _ga_* cookies that identify your browser.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
5.1 Our Consent Banner
When you first visit BayesCore, a consent banner is displayed. You can:
- Accept all — enables both essential and analytics cookies.
- Reject all — enables essential cookies only; analytics are blocked.
- Customize — toggle analytics on or off individually.
5.2 Withdraw or Change Consent
To withdraw or update your cookie consent at any time, clear your browser’s localStorage for bayescore.com (the key is bayescore_consent). The banner will re-appear on your next visit.
In Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites → bayescore.com → Delete data.
5.3 Browser-Level Controls
You can also control cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling all cookies may prevent essential features (login, CSRF protection) from working.
5.4 Google Analytics Opt-Out
You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data across all websites.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will update this Cookie Policy when we add new cookies, change existing ones, or when legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated via a refreshed consent banner. Check the “Last updated” date above for the current version.
