Phi-3 Mini (arm64 GGUF) ships inside the installer via llama.cpp. No API key. No cloud dependency. Works out of the box.
Five-module kernel: BeliefState, IntentEngine, EV-ranked Scheduler, KernelLoop, and Retrieval. Belief state compounds across every session.
State what you need in plain language. The kernel computes a probability distribution over task types and routes to the right agent when confidence ≥ 0.72.
Define your own evaluation rubrics with IS(subject, criterion) predicates. Reuse them across tasks. Build a personal verification library.
Your belief state is stored locally and synced to your account on Standard. Reinstall or move machines — your beliefs follow you.
Evaluations run on-device. Nothing is sent upstream. Internet is only needed for cloud sync and license verification — and you get a 7-day offline grace period.
