Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using https://bayescore.com(the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
2. The project and the software
BayesCore maintains this Site and develops bayesian-cage, an open-source confidence gate for MCP tool calls. The software is released under the MIT License; your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute it are governed by that license — see the project repository, not these terms.
The Site is informational: it documents the project and publishes research notes. It sells nothing, hosts no paid accounts, and collects no payment. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated before any such feature is offered.
3. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent the source of content taken from the Site.
4. No warranty
The Site and the software are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
bayesian-cage produces probabilistic estimates and calibrated confidences — not guarantees, and not professional advice. A verification result reflects an estimate of how well an output is supported by the evidence provided to it; do not rely on it as the sole basis for any significant decision.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BayesCore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the software.
6. Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date.
