Is there a refund policy?
14-day, no questions asked. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund.
What counts as a pipeline run?
One execution of the analyze, research, or cross_app pipeline from start to finish. There are no run limits on any plan.
Can I switch from Perpetual to Subscription?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we will credit your $149 toward 5 months of Standard Monthly.
What LLM does it use?
Phi-3 Mini (arm64 GGUF) ships inside the installer via llama.cpp — no API key, no cloud required. You can also configure Ollama, LM Studio, OpenAI, or Anthropic in the Settings panel.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. The local LLM and Bayesian kernel run entirely on your device. Cloud sync backs up your belief state across reinstalls but is completely optional.
